Terms of service
Faceless Video Kit · last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover the Faceless Video Kit web app at app.facelessvideokit.com (“the service”). By signing in or paying, you agree to them.
1. What the service does
The service writes and makes faceless videos for you: topics, titles, thumbnails, scripts, pictures, video clips, stock footage, voice, captions and music, put together into a finished video and an editable Final Cut project. It uses third-party AI and stock-footage services to do this.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Whop account. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what is made on it.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans are monthly and paid through Whop. Each plan payment adds credits to your wallet (Starter 2,000, Creator 5,000, Studio 12,000); top-ups add more (500 credits for each $10).
- Before each video you see the most credits it can use. You are charged what the video actually uses, never more than that, and the rest stays in your wallet.
- Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred and are not paid out. Plan credits you don’t use roll over into the next month, up to one month’s worth; older plan credits expire. Top-up credits don’t expire while you have an active plan; if your plan ends they are kept for 6 months, usable again if you resubscribe, and forfeited after that.
- We may change prices; a change never affects a video already started, and plan price changes apply from your next billing date.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
4. Fair-use limits
To keep the service working for everyone, accounts can start up to 10 videos a day and run 2 at once, with up to 3 script changes and 3 new thumbnails per video. We may change these limits.
5. What you make, and what you own
- You own the videos, scripts and thumbnails made for you, as far as the law and the services that made them allow. Stock footage stays under its source’s licence (Pexels, Pixabay).
- You are responsible for what you publish: check facts, rights and each platform’s rules (including YouTube’s rules on AI-made content) before you post.
- Finished files are kept for 7 days. Download what you want to keep.
6. What you may not use it for
Don’t use the service to make anything illegal, hateful or harassing; sexual content involving anyone under 18; content that impersonates a real person or misleads people into thinking it’s real; content that infringes someone else’s rights; or spam. Don’t try to get around the limits, the billing or the service’s security. We may stop a video or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. No promised results
We don’t promise views, subscribers, monetisation or income. AI output can contain mistakes; read your script before you approve it.
8. The service as it is
We work to keep the service running and your videos right, but it is provided as it is and as available. It depends on outside services that can change or stop. If a video stops before it’s finished, you’re charged only for what it had already used; the rest of what was held comes back to your wallet.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. Questions: help@facelessvideokit.com.
