Who we are

Faceless Video Kit makes faceless videos: in your browser with the web app (app.facelessvideokit.com), or with the downloadable Kit that runs inside Claude or ChatGPT on your own computer. This site (facelessvideokit.github.io) sells both. Questions about your data: help@facelessvideokit.com.

What this site collects

• Your email, only if you type it in. If you ask us to email you the link (for example, to finish on your computer), we store that email and use it to send the link and up to two reminders about the checkout you started. Emails are sent through Brevo.
• Payments. Checkout and payment are handled by Whop. We never see your card details. Whop shares your email, plan and payment status with us so we can send your licence key and download link.
• Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Ad measurement. The Meta Pixel tells Meta when a visit from one of our ads leads to a checkout or a purchase, so we can see which ads work. Meta's own policy covers what it does with that data.

What the web app collects

Your account. You sign in with Whop. Whop tells us your Whop user id, name, email and which plan you have. We keep no Whop password or token.

Your channels and videos. The channel settings you choose, the topics, titles, scripts and notes you approve or write, and the pictures, clips, voice and finished videos made for you. Working files and finished downloads are deleted after 7 days; your channel settings and video records stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your wallet. A record of credit added, held and used for each video. Payments are handled by Whop; we never see your card.

Emails. We email you when a video is ready, needs your answer, or needs a top-up, through Brevo.

Who processes it for us. To make your videos, the text of your scripts and prompts is sent to Anthropic (writing), fal (pictures and AI clips) and Fish Audio (voice); footage searches go to Pexels and Pixabay. Videos are made on Fly.io machines and stored with Cloudflare. Each of these handles the data to provide its service to us.

What the downloadable Kit collects

Nothing leaves your computer unless you send it: your videos, scripts and keys for the AI services you plug in stay in your folders. The Kit checks for updates once a day (you can turn that off), and it sends a bug report only when you choose to.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't send you marketing email you didn't ask for.
